COMMERCIAL;

 PLATINUM - Set up Trust Fund Account, collect rents, deduct management fees, pay bills, (including mortages, taxes and insurance), send balance to Owner.

• 8% of base rent on monthly basis
• 1/2 month rent for new or expired Leases
• Negotiate renewal of Lease 1/4 month rent
• Negotiate with Vendors for repairs and maintenance, no charge.

Gold - Set up Trust Fund Account, collect rents, deduct management fees, send balance to the Owner.

• 7% of the base rent on a monthly basis
• 1/2 month rent for new or expired Lease
• Negotiate renewal of Lease 1/4 months rent

Silver - Negotiate lease

• One (1) months rent
